Dierenvilla Petcare UK and all of their related companies and staff promote Fraud Prevention. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we shall immediately and without notice, inform the relevant authorities. It is our company policy to prosecute offenders to the absolute limit of the law This Agreement does not apply to Product purchases from a reseller or distributor nor is it a reseller or distribution agreement.
Quotations are only valid in writing and during the period that they state. If unstated, the absolute maximum period is 2 days. Orders may be received in writing, via the internet, e-mail, telephone or fax but are only binding when accepted by Dierenvilla Petcare UK in a written Order Confirmation. Please check the Order Confirmation carefully and notify Dierenvilla Petcare UK of any mistake in writing immediately or the details stated in the Order Confirmation will be deemed to be correct and will apply to this Agreement. Dierenvilla Petcare UK reserves the right to change / amend Products (incl. 3rd Party Products, if any) at any time but Dierenvilla Petcare UK guarantees you at least equivalent functionality and performance.
Price & Payment Terms
All major Credit Cards / Debit Cards are accepted.
Products and delivery prices, tax, shipment, insurance (if applicable) are as indicated within the Order Confirmation. Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight and purchase costs (incl. for components and Services) may cause Dierenvilla Petcare UK to adjust prices accordingly. Payment must be made to Dierenvilla Petcare UK prior to shipment. Payment timing is of the essence. Dierenvilla Petcare UK may suspend deliveries or Service until full payment has been made. If payment is late, and you purchase as a company, the maximum statutory interest rate will apply on the late amount and if you purchase as a Consumer, interest will be at 2% above the Finance House Base Rate on the late amount. The costs of recovery shall be payable by you.
Cheques may only be accepted conditionally. If cheques are accepted, then they must be made payable to Dierenvilla Petcare UK with prior notice.
Postage and Packing Surcharges
We only ship to UK mainland and do not accept orders outside of the UK.
Postage and Packing to the Isle of White and Scottish Highlands is subject to a surcharge of £19.99 per 25kg, please ring us for a quote or we will invoice you the additional amount after payment has been received (Below are the designated post codes that our carriers view as Islands of Scotland)

The delivery period of 1/2 days is only approximate. However, Dierenvilla Petcare UK will endeavour to deliver your products within the minimum time possible usually 1/2 days. Delivery is subject to supply by unrelated third parties and Dierenvilla Petcare UK will not be liable for any delays in delivery subject to lateness. The place of delivery is stated within the Order Confirmation. Title to Product/s will pass upon full payment and until then you must insure and store our goods separately and you may not modify, pledge or sell them. We insist that the original boxes are stored in a safe location and not outside as we are unable to accept any returns once packaging is damaged, Dierenvilla Petcare UK may enter the storage premises to repossess the goods should you sell them before title passes, you will become Dierenvilla Petcare UK agent and the proceeds of that sale shall be held on our behalf, separately from your general funds (if applicable). Dierenvilla Petcare UK may instigate proceedings against you for the full sum outstanding plus delivery charges before title passes. If you refuse delivery without Dierenvilla Petcare UK agreement, you must pay Dierenvilla Petcare UK expenses or losses resulting from that refusal, including storage costs, until you accept delivery. Risk of the loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.
When you receive the subject Product/s you must inspect it/them for any defects or non-conformity within 24 hours. After this period, you will have accepted the Product/s in its/their entirety without fault. As soon as the product/s come into contact with birds/animals, even within the 24 hour period, then that also confirms your acceptance of the Product/s and is then considered `used'.
If Dierenvilla Petcare UK agrees to the return of Product/s at its choosing, then the Product must be in its original condition complete with packaging, a return note and proof of purchase; the return costs may also be payable by you.
Unless otherwise stated, Dierenvilla Petcare UK guarantees to you that Dierenvilla Petcare UK Products will be free from defects for a maximum period of 3 months from the delivery date. Should the Product be defective within this period, Dierenvilla Petcare UK will repair or replace the Product within a reasonable time. All reasonable care and endeavour shall be used to resolve problems within a realistic time in the circumstances. Dierenvilla Petcare UK may repair using components, which are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards and practice. Dierenvilla Petcare UK may revise its limited warranties from time to time but any such change will not affect products ordered by you prior to the date of such change.
Dierenvilla Petcare UK does not and will not under any circumstances entertain a warranty claim for: damage caused by incorrect usage, installation, abuse, modifications or repair by any unauthorised 3rd party or yourself; damage caused by any party (except Dierenvilla Petcare UK) or other external force;
All / any additional non Dierenvilla Petcare UK. branded parts / accessories affixed / added in any manner are strictly excluded from any warranty claim you may have.
Affixing / attaching non Dierenvilla Petcare UK branded products will immediately void any warranty claim you may have and all items will then deemed to be sold to you and purchased by you on a sold as received basis. Any and all warranty claims will be rejected. Please note, Dierenvilla Petcare UK branded Toys only are suitable for Dierenvilla Petcare UK branded Parrot Cages.
Services will be provided by Dierenvilla Petcare UK or its authorised agents. Response times are estimates and may vary according to the remoteness or accessibility of Product location. Service may be provided via telephone or internet where appropriate. You must allow Dierenvilla Petcare UKto examine Dierenvilla Petcare UK Products at your or Dierenvilla Petcare UK premises (at our choosing).
Dierenvilla Petcare UK owns any replaced Products or Parts resulting from repair and will charge the Customer if these are not returned upon request. It is a strict condition that all damaged parts are returned to Dierenvilla Petcare UK for inspection prior to any / all replacements being supplied.
Unless otherwise stated, the following are excluded from Service: work outside local working hours, weekends or on public holidays. Items excluded from Warranty, relocation, preventative maintenance, consumables, unnecessary work in Dierenvilla Petcare UK assessment, 3rd Party Products and others at Dierenvilla Petcare UK assessment.
You must provide Dierenvilla Petcare UK with all reasonable courtesy, information, cooperation, facilities and access to enable Dierenvilla Petcare UK to perform duties, failing which Dierenvilla Petcare UK shall not be obliged to perform any Service or offer any assistance. You are responsible for the removal of non Dierenvilla Petcare UK-supplied products during Service. Any additional 3rd party items affixed to "Dierenvilla Petcare UK" products will deem to void your warranty.
Fitness for Particular Purpose;
To ensure Dierenvilla Petcare UK products branded as "Dierenvilla Petcare UK" are fit for their relevant purpose, please ensure you order the correct Cage/product for your bird or pet. If you order an incorrect Cage/product, then wish it to be returned, Dierenvilla Petcare UK will deem the item to be of second-hand quality and will at their discretion charge you the full amount including the delivery charge. In the event Dierenvilla Petcare UK(strictly at their discretion) agree to the return of any items, a 50% restocking fee may be charged. Refunds in full will be issued prior to your receipt of the Products only
Dierenvilla Petcare UK accepts liability for any private property loss or damage, death or personal injury ( excluding pets ) caused by the negligence or deliberate misconduct of Dierenvilla Petcare UK, or our direct employees Except for death/personal injury, this liability is limited.
Dierenvilla Petcare UK does not accept liability for 1) indirect or consequential loss, 2) loss of business profits, salary, revenue, savings, 3) damage remedied by Dierenvilla Petcare UK within reasonable time, 4) loss avoidable by you through reasonable conduct, and failure to follow Dierenvilla Petcare UK's reasonable advice generally, 5) all items excluded from the Warranty or by Force Majeure.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Dierenvilla Petcare UK indemnifies you from all costs and liabilities from any claim that use of Product infringes any 3rd party. Dierenvilla Petcare UK may recall and exchange or modify any Product or refund you, minus depreciation in certain events. You indemnify Dierenvilla Petcare UK for your misrepresentation of our products and services.
You must notify Dierenvilla Petcare UK immediately of any infringing or unauthorised use of our Product/s. Dierenvilla Petcare UKwill not indemnify you for i). 3rd Party Products and attachments, ii). unauthorised modification or iii). any claim caused by the use of Products in conjunction with any product not supplied by Dierenvilla Petcare UK.
Third Party Products
We will not entertain any products not produced or sold or owned by Dierenvilla Petcare UK. Affixing 3rd Party products to our cages branded Parrot Cages will automatically void your Warranty.
Dierenvilla Petcare UK is not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or Service) caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be enleadind to a time extension for performance; examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transport / production problems, exchange fluctuations, governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters. If this lasts more than 3 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
Each party must treat all information received from the other marked "confidential" or reasonably obvious to be confidential as it would treat its own confidential information. All communication in writing must be directed to Dierenvilla Petcare UK.
Dierenvilla Petcare UK may terminate this Agreement with immediate written notice if you breach any terms and conditions. Either party may terminate if the other: 1) commits a material or persistent breach of this Agreement and fails to remedy this within 7 days of written notice from the other; or 2) becomes insolvent or is unable to pay debts as they fall due.
Your obligations as a Customer
You are responsible for: your own choice of Product and its suitability for purpose; your telephone & postal charges in contacting Dierenvilla Petcare UK, if any; the return of items whether whole or part are at your cost without recompense to Dierenvilla Petcare UK.
You must provide Dierenvilla Petcare UK with all reasonable courtesy, information, cooperation, facilities and access to enable Spidershop Limited to perform duties, failing which Dierenvilla Petcare UK shall not be obliged to perform any Service or offer any assistance whatsoever.
Dierenvilla Petcare UK does not share any Data of any type with any source except in the event of Fraud and Prosecution.
Please note that your calls to Dierenvilla Petcare UK may be monitored for training purposes.
If you are a Consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 2 working days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the Price paid subject to the 50% restocking fee and payment of the delivery and collection charges. To do this you must inform Dierenvilla Petcare UK in writing and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement. This will apply to Consumer and Business customers.
All Complaints must be addressed in writing to the address previously detailed and sent via "Recorded Delivery".
English law and the exclusive court jurisdiction of the English courts will apply to this Agreement. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
If any part of the Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest is unaffected. Dierenvilla Petcare UK may subcontract, assign or transfer its obligations or rights to a competent third party whether in whole or in part. You may not assign or transfer any of your obligations. All notices must be in writing (by hand, email, fax or 1st class post deemed delivered 48 hours after posting) and sent to a legal officer of either party. Important notifications must be sent via Recorder-Delivery and you must retain proof of postage.
Prices and specifications are correct at date of publication but subject to availability or change without notice. Dierenvilla Petcare UK cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography. Promotional Offers are subject to stock and availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
